Our Introduction to Advanced Driving Course has been relaunched as our “Better Driving Course” .
The title is designed to attract the attention of all drivers and encourage them to attend. The syllabus covers the skills taught on the IAM Advanced Driver course of increasing awareness and observation, identification of hazards, introducing the System of driving known as IPSGA, covering correct cornering, Overtaking and motorway driving. It is also a pre-requisite for Associate members embarking on the IAM RoadSmart Advanced Driving Course as well as a reminder for all members.
The course is lead by an IAM RoadSmart examiner with many years of experience as a Police driver, driving instructor and IAM Examiner.
